The Effect Of 12-Week Traditional Resistance Training Applied To Elite Curling Athletes On Muscular Endurance

The purpose of this study was to compare effects 12-weeks tradinational resistance training (TRT) on total work (TW), relative peak (RPW) and power (PP) in elite national curlers. Twenty-four participants were included the study. Subjects separated into two gorup, group (RES) control (CON). While RES performed 12-week TRT addiction curling training, CON just training. All twenty-four athletes a body composition test isokinetic strength at 240-1/ms angular speed pre post TRT. TW PP values directly obtained from dynamometer RPW calculated by dividing weight person. differences between RES/CON pre-post TW, variables determined using an analysis variance with Independent T Test. data research shown as mean standard deviation. Higher RPW, outputs generated comparison exercise (p0.05).
